Health-O-MeterŪ Pro PlusŪ Keypad/Display Module
 The Health-O-MeterŪ Pro PlusŪ keypad/display module combines a number of useful scale operations into a user friendly scale control center. The keypad/display module features 1" LCD digits, ON/OFF and lb/Kg controls plus a Weigh/Hold function, tare weighing and BMI calculation.
The keypad/display module is connected by a flexible cable or mounted to the scale
handrail where it can swivel 180° for easy viewing. The special hold/tare function
to make it easy to weight patients with mobility assistance devices, the USB port makes
the scale ready for EMR system interface and the computer controller has the ability to
store the weights of up to 270 patients. Great for hospitals, clinics or care facilities,
Pro PlusŪ scales are built to clinical specifications for years of reliable use.
The ProPlus keypad/display module features include:
- Easy to read - the keypad/display module has 1" LCD digits and function keys for ON/OFF, lb/Kg mode selection, Weigh/Hold function, tare weighing and BMI calculation. Depending upon the scale model the keypad/display module is connected using a flexible cable or mounted to the scale handrail where it can swivel 180° for easy viewing.
- High accuracy - the all solid state electronic measuring system
controlled by the display module has auto-zero and self calibration for accurate weighing
up to 1,000 pounds/454 Kg. The digital display shows weight in increments of 0.2 pound/100
g.
- State of the art connectivity - the scale has a USB interface port for
connection to computer based electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Tare function - the tare function makes it easy to use the scale with
any wheelchair or mobility aid. Just weight item, save the weight and the tare weighing
function will automatically deduct that weight from the total to give you patient weight.
- Multiple patient data storage - the keypad/display module has the ability to
store the weights of up to 270 patients.
- Dual mode - the scale switches between pound and kilogram mode at the
push of a button on the keypad/display module and it has a special lockout feature to prevent
accidental mode changes which can lead to weighing mistakes.
- Flexible power - the keypad/display module operates using an included AC
adapter or will operate for thousands of weighings on one set of six D batteries (not
included). Automatic shut off for long battery life. Low battery indicator.
- Warranty - three year limited warranty on parts and labor. Repair and
calibration service available worldwide.
