The Seca® Model 684 is an 800 pound /360 Kg capacity digital electronic platform scale with wheelchair platform, handrail and folding seat from the Seca® family of bariatric scales. All members of the Seca medical scale series offer state of the art features that make them easy to use in any weighing application. 

Ideal for clinical office or weight loss center use, the Model 684 features a highly accurate electronic weighing mechanism for years of reliable measurements. This is a full capability, high capacity bariatric scale with unequaled capacity, large 31.5" x 38" weighing platform, built in BMI function and a special hold/tare function to make it easy to weigh patients with mobility assistance devices. It has a pole mounted swiveling display module for easy viewing, a handrail and a fold down seat for flexible use in weighing standing, seated or unsteady patients. Great for hospitals, clinics or care facilities, this scale is built to industrial specifications for years of reliable use.

The Model 684 scale's features include:

• Easy to read - the scale features a keypad/display module with 1" LCD digits, ON/OFF and lb/Kg controls. The scale also has a Weigh/Hold, tare function and BMI calculation.  The keypad/display module is connected to the scale base by a pole and you can swivel the display as required for convenient viewing.

• High accuracy - the all solid state electronic measuring system has auto-zero and self calibration for accurate weighing up to 800 pounds/360 Kg. The digital display shows weight in increments of 0.2 pound/100 g.

• State of the art connectivity available - add  the optional Model 460 serial interface for connection to a printer or computer based electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Large platform - the 31.5" x 38" weighing platform is covered with a non-slip rubber mat and it's low 2" profile also make it easy to step on and off for use by standing patients. Most attendants and patients will also be able to easily roll a wheelchair over the low profile edge to place it on the weighing platform.

• Wheelchair weighing ramp available - add the optional Model 470 wheelchair ramp to make it even easier to roll patients seated in wheelchairs onto the scale.

• Built in handrail - the scale includes a wide, easy to grip handrails made from tubular stainless steel to help patients who may be a bit unsteady when standing on the weighing platform.

• Built in fold down seat - the scale also includes a fold down seat for patients who may be easier to weigh while seated.

• All steel construction - the scale frame, enclosure and ramps are all made from high grade steel and stainless steel for high strength and long life.

• Dual mode - the scale switches between pound and kilogram mode at the push of a button on the control module.

• Flexible power - the scale includes an AC adapter and rechargeable internal batteries.

• Easy to move - the scale platform has built in castors to make it easy to roll the scale from room to room.

• Warranty - two year limited warranty on parts and labor. Repair and calibration service available worldwide.
