The Health-O-Meter® Model 2500KL is an 1,000 pound /360 Kg capacity digital electronic platform scale with wheelchair ramp and handrail from the Health-O-Meter® Pro Plus® family of bariatric scales.  All members of the Pro Plus® series offer state of the art features that make them easy to use in any weighing application.

Ideal for clinical office or weight loss center use, the Model 2500KL features a highly accurate electronic weighing mechanism for years of reliable measurements. This is a full capability, high capacity bariatric scale with unequaled capacity, a 28-1/2" x 29-3/8" weighing platform, built in BMI function, a special hold/tare function to make it easy to weight patients with mobility assistance devices and a USB port for EMR system interface. It has a wheelchair ramp and a steel tube handrail frame to help patients steady themselves on the scale and the computer controller has the ability to store the weights of up to 270 patients. Great for hospitals, clinics or care facilities, this scale is built to industrial specifications for years of reliable use. For applications requiring an even larger wheelchair ramp you may want to consider the Model 2600KL, an identically performing Pro Plus® family platform scale incorporating an oversized wheelchair ramp.  For applications with patient settings not requiring a wheelchair ramp you may want to consider the Model 2101KL an identically performing Pro Plus® family platform scale incorporating a hand rail instead of a wheelchair ramp.

The Model 2500KL scale's features include:

• Easy to read - the scale features a keypad/display module with 1" LCD digits, ON/OFF and lb/Kg controls. • High accuracy - the all solid state electronic measuring system has auto-zero and self calibration for accurate weighing up to 1,000 pounds/454 Kg. The digital display shows weight in increments of 0.2 pound/100 g.

• State of the art connectivity - the scale has a USB interface port for connection to computer based electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Wheelchair weighing ramp - the 28-1/2" x 29-3/8" weighing platform is fitted with a wheelchair ramp to make it easy to roll patients seated in wheelchairs onto the scale. The weighting platform is covered with a non-slip rubber mat and it's very low 2" profile also make it easy to step on and off for use by standing patients. The wheelchair ramp can be attached from either side and an optional second wheelchair ramp is available to form a "roll on, roll off" weighing station.

• Built in handrail - the scale includes a wide, easy to grip handrail made from tubular stainless steel to help patients who may be a bit unsteady when standing on the weighing platform.

• All steel construction - the scale frame, enclosure and hand rails are all made from high grade steel and stainless steel for high strength and long life.

• Dual mode - the scale switches between pound and kilogram mode at the push of a button on the control module and it has a special lockout feature to prevent accidental mode changes which can lead to weighing mistakes.

• Flexible power - the scale includes an AC adapter or will operate for thousands of weighings on one set of six D batteries (not included). Automatic shut off for long battery life. Low battery indicator.

• Easy to move - the scale has built in wheels to make it easy to roll the scale from room to room.
