The Health-O-Meter® Model 2842KL* is a 600 pound /270 Kg capacity digital electronic platform scale from one of the from the Health-O-Meter® family of
bariatric scales.
Ideal for clinical office or weight loss center use, the Model 2842KL features a highly accurate electronic weighing mechanism for years of reliable
measurements. This is a full capability, high capacity bariatric scale with a large 42" x 22-3/8" weighing platform and reweigh function to make it easy to weigh large patients. It has a cord connected digital display for easy mounting in any location. Great for schools, clinics or health clubs, this scale is built to industrial specifications for years of reliable use.
The Model 2842KL scale's features include:
- Easy to read - the scale features a remote keypad/display module with
the readout display, ON/OFF, Lb/Kg and reweigh controls linked to the weighing
platform by a flexible eight foot cable so you can mount the display at a convenient level
for easy viewing. If you want a similar performin scale with a column mounted display
consider the Model 1101KL,
a similar performing scale with the display module mounted on an handrail.
- High accuracy - the all solid state electronic measuring system has
auto-zero self calibration for accurate weighing up to 600 pounds/270 Kg. The digital
display shows weight in increments of 0.2 pound/100 g.
- Large weighing platform - the huge 42" x 22-3/8" weighing
platform is covered with a non-slip rubber mat and very low 2" profile, making it
easy to step on and off.
- All steel construction - the scale frame and enclosure are all made
from high grade steel and stainless steel for high strength and long life.

push of a button on the control module.
- Flexible power - the scale includes an AC adapter or will operate for
