The Detecto® Model 6800* is an 800 pound/360Kg capacity digital electronic platform scale from the Detecto® family of bariatric scales.

Ideal for clinical office or weight loss center use, the Model 6800 features a highly accurate electronic weighing mechanism for years of reliable measurements.  This is a full capability, very high capacity bariatric scale with a large 24" x 24" weighing platform, built in BMI function and a special hold/tare function to make it easy to weigh patients with mobility assistance devices. Great for schools, clinics or health clubs, this scale is built to industrial specifications for years of reliable use.

The Model 6800 scale's features include:

• Easy to Read - the scale features the Detecto® 758 keypad/display module with LCD display, On/Off and Lb/Kg controls. The scale also has a Weigh/Hold, function, flexible tare weighing and BMI calculation. The keypad/display module is linked to the weighing platform by a flexible 10 foot cable. • High accuracy - the all solid state electronic measuring system is accurate across the full measuring range up to 800 pounds/360Kg.  The digital display shows  weight in increments of 0.2 pound or 100 g.

• Large weighing platform - the 24" x 24" weighing platform is very low profile making it easy for patients to step on and off.

• Dual mode - the scale switches between pound and kilogram mode at the push of a button on the control module.

• Flexible power - Automatic off.  Runs for thousands of weighings on 6 ‘AA’ batteries (included) or optional A/C adapter (not included).

• Portable - while build using sheet steel and aluminum for strength, the assembled unit has built in wheels and carry handles on the sides so it can be easily moved by nurses and medical support specialists.
